These pieces are made especially for you and finished by hand from start to finish with your personal details, so they take a little longer. The total delivery time is 14–16 working days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that personalised jewellery can't be returned unless it's faulty in that case, we'll of course find a solution.
Is the jewellery waterproof will it lose its colour?
Yes. Our jewellery is made from high quality stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD coating. It's 100% waterproof and won't lose its colour, even with daily wear in the shower or while swimming.
Do I need a guarantee certificate?
No, you don't need a guarantee certificate. Your order is automatically covered by our 12-month guarantee your order confirmation is all you need.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
It depends on the situation.
Personalised jewellery:
As long as production hasn't started, we can still make changes. Email us as soon as possible at contact@elloryandco.uk and we'll see what's possible.
Non-personalised jewellery:
As long as your order hasn't been dispatched, we can cancel or change it. Again, please contact us as soon as you can.
Once an order is in production or out for delivery, it can no longer be changed.
Does the jewellery look exactly like the photos?
Yes, our photos show the product faithfully. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but the piece is identical to the one shown.
