Shipping policy

We ship to the countries indicated when you place your order . Your order will be sent to the delivery address you provide.

The delivery time is 7 to 10 business days . This timeframe includes order preparation and transport to the delivery address.

Shipping is free on all our orders, with no minimum purchase amount .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which will allow you to track the journey of your package.

If the 7-10 business day period is exceeded, please write to us at contact@elloryandco.uk so we can check the status of your order.

 

Delivery address

Please ensure your address is complete and correct. Report any errors to contact@elloryandco.uk as soon as possible: we will check if it is still possible to correct it or intercept the shipment. If the package is returned to the sender, please contact us to find a solution. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect address will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable law. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
