Personalised: these are made just for you and finished by hand with your details, so they take a little longer – 14–16 working days in total.

Can I return my order?

Yes – you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they're faulty. If that happens, we'll always put it right.

Is the jewellery waterproof – will it tarnish?

Our jewellery is made from high-quality stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD coating. It's 100% waterproof and won't tarnish, even when worn every day in the shower or the pool.

Do I need a guarantee certificate?

No. Your order is automatically covered by our 12-month guarantee – your order confirmation is all you need.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

Usually, yes – as long as production hasn't started. Email us as soon as possible at contact@elloryandco.uk and we'll do our best. Once your order is in production or on its way, it can no longer be changed.

Will my jewellery look like the photos?

Yes. Our photos show the product as it really is. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, but the piece you receive will match the one shown.
